In the contemporary dynamic and often unpredictable social environment, the issue of personal security and protection of individuals has become particularly significant. Rising levels of crime, social aggression, and terrorist threats require increasing preparation of citizens and security professionals. Physical self-defense is an essential part of this preparation – it represents a system of knowledge, skills, and reflexes that allow effective protection of life and health in the face of immediate threat. In the context of national and personal security, physical self-defense and the protection of individuals and objects are considered key components in the system of crisis prevention and response.
