This study focuses on the analysis of psychological flow and motivational dynamics within the educational context, revealing how these factors influence student engagement and achievements. Utilizing a quantitative analysis and the Flow Psychological Scale (PFS), the research examines the relationships between states of psychological flow, intrinsic motivation, and educational outcomes across various educational scenarios, including exam preparation, homework completion, and the assimilation of new study materials. Key findings highlight the importance of creating an enriching educational environment that fosters psychological flow and supports intrinsic motivation, leading to higher educational efficiency and satisfaction.
