STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE PLANNING THROUGH THE HIRA HYBRID INTELLIGENT MODEL

Abstract

This article examines the urgent need to overcome traditional and rigid approaches to personnel management within the domestic pulp and paper industry. The main objective of the study is to identify current deficits in competency management within the sector and to propose a new proprietary model, HIRA, for agile and intelligent planning. Based on the conducted empirical study and the subsequent validation, the practical benefits of the model are demonstrated, resulting in a significant increase in the objectivity of personnel evaluation and the speed of response to production deficits.
