QUANTUM LEADERSHIP AS A PHILOSOPHY AND MANAGEMENT CULTURE: TECHNOLOGICAL AND HUMANISTIC DIMENSIONS OF MODERNIZATION IN A MULTIPOLAR WORLD
Keywords:

The paper examines the transition from technological to humanitarian modernization within the context of the emerging culture of governance in the multipolar world. It analyzes the limitations of technocratic leadership models oriented toward efficiency and control, which prove insufficient under conditions of increasing global complexity, cultural multilayeredness, and social uncertainty. A conceptualization of quantum leadership is proposed as a model grounded in the principles of interconnectedness, awareness, and cocreative interaction within network-based structures. It is demonstrated that humanitarian modernization requires a leader capable of integrating technological progress with valuebased and spiritual orientations, thereby creating an environment of trust, dialogue, and community development. In conclusion, the paper argues that quantum leadership represents a key mechanism for shaping a sustainable and human-centered culture of governance in the contemporary multipolar world.
