The current study focuses on analyzing motivation within an educational context, examining how various factors affect student engagement and achievements. The research aims to identify key motivational elements that either stimulate or undermine academic engagement and success. The methodology includes a quantitative analysis of survey data collected from a group of students to measure levels of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and their impact on academic achievements.
