The article examines the current potential of the Mediterranean regional section of the world passenger transport market; the features of organizing sea cruises between ports of the Mediterranean Sea by means of liner and cruise fleets are traced.
The main trends in the development of the Mediterranean as a regional cruise shipping market are analyzed, the levels of balance between its demand and supply are studied.
