Abstract

The article examines the concentration of power in the authority of the Agenc. concentration of power in the agency are structured. The mechanisms for preventing abuse of power have been systematized, and recommendations for better work have been made. The main activity of the agency is to exercise control over the provision of social services in the Republic of Bulgaria by municipalities.
