Abstract

The institutional framework for preventing juvenile delinquency in Kazakhstan comprises a set of legal, organizational, and social mechanisms aimed at the prevention of offenses among minors. Despite the existing regulatory framework, certain issues persist in the implementation of these mechanisms that require improvement.
