Abstract

This publication is part of the work carried out under Project No. BG05SFPR001-3.009-0020-CO1, “Center for Innovative Vocational Education, Secure and Sustainable Green Careers,” under the direct grant procedure with registration No.
BG05SFPR001-3.009 “Support for Centers of Excellence in Vocational Education and
Training,” priority axis “Linking Education to the Labor Market” under the “Education” Program 2021–2027. The sample curriculum and course outline templates provided herein may be used as a basis for developing school documentation for the needs of the Centers of Excellence. This is also the objective of this study - to systematize sample content frameworks for creating a curriculum and syllabus in vocational high schools functioning as Centers for High Achievement, based on the existing regulatory framework for developing school curricula and syllabi. Several limitations have been adopted in this study - the proposed model curriculum is for vocational education leading to a third-level vocational qualification without intensive or extended foreign language study -  Framework Program B, Option B-3. The proposed sample curriculum and syllabus have been developed for a specific Center of Excellence: the “Todor Rachinski” Vocational High School of Agriculture in General Toshevo.
