Landslide stabilization involves construction activities performed under highrisk conditions due to slope instability, the potential for secondary landslides, and unfavorable engineering-geological conditions. This paper analyzes the main geological, technical, and organizational risks associated with landslide stabilization works. The principles of risk assessment, engineering-geological investigations, monitoring, early warning systems, organizational safety measures, and the use of personal protective equipment are discussed. An integrated approach to safety management is proposed, based on the interaction between engineering solutions, technical control, and the organization of the construction process. The proposed approach can be applied in the planning and execution of landslide stabilization works to reduce the risk of accidents and occupational injuries.
