Abstract

This study, through the use of literature and the use of secondary data, highlights some problems that are found during the approximation of legislation in the field of employment and the impact of improving the entire legal framework in the field of rehabilitation of prisoners and mainly young people who are deprived. from freedom as well as Cooperation and interaction of enterprises with institutions for the execution of criminal decisions.
