The similarities and differences between sustainable architecture and bioclimatic, energy-efficient and ecological architecture are being analyzed in the article. A comparative analysis of their operating models, tools and design methods is performed.
Conclusions for the evolution of the criteria and their integration in the development of sustainable architecture are drawn. Directions for sustainable building design approaches are outlined.
